- Fan park / fan zone attendants and activations staff
- Back-of-house runners, concourse support and event logistics
Not always. Some roles are restricted to local residents of host cities (for fast onboarding and shifts), while others are open to international applicants who can secure the correct visa in time. Each job card clearly states whether it is local-only or open to overseas candidates.
No. You can apply first. If you are shortlisted, the hiring partner will confirm which visa or work authorization is required and whether they sponsor or support that process. Afrevo will then guide you on official steps so you only pay for real government or medical fees.
Yes. You can apply for multiple roles across World Cup 2026, cruise, mining, logistics and more. Each application is reviewed separately, so applying for several relevant roles increases your chances of being shortlisted while we match you to the best fit.
Recruitment waves open at different times between 2025 and mid-2026. Security and operations roles may open earlier; short-term event and hospitality jobs can be closer to the tournament. Once you apply, we keep your profile in the World Cup pool and reach out as matching roles go live.
Applications
You can see open roles by visiting the Opportunities page on our website. Each card shows location, contract type, and basic requirements. Once you find something that fits your skills or interests, just click “View & Apply” to start your application process. World Cup 2026 roles are clearly labelled in that list.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and portal link. Our coordinators and staff screen for fit job opportunities, then invite you to the next stage where we help you gather documents and prepare for interviews.
- Describe your most relevant experience in plain language.
- Mention availability window and preferred locations.
- Share languages, sea time (if marine), and valid visas if any.
- For World Cup roles, highlight any stadium, events, security or hospitality work.
- Most important: fill out the whole application form honestly.
Yes, you absolutely can and we encourage it. Each role is reviewed independently, which means applying to more than one increases your chances of being shortlisted faster. Every position has its own employer, timeline, and screening process, so submitting several relevant applications helps us match you where your skills fit best. Just make sure you read the description and requirements before you submit.
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 weeks, sometimes even sooner. For urgent campaigns such as World Cup hiring waves, responses can be faster. Once your application moves forward, you’ll receive an update or next-step email right away.
Yes, you can withdraw or switch to a different role. Email support@afrevo.com with your full name and application code, and tell us which application you’d like to close. If you want to pursue another role, you’ll need to submit a new application because each role is reviewed independently.
Eligibility & Documents
We hire globally. Some employers set country, visa, or medical constraints; any limitations appear in the job post.
No, not initially. If shortlisted, we’ll ask for only what’s needed for that job and walk you through each item.
Not always. We hire for potential as well as proven skill. Many entry roles welcome motivated starters who show a good attitude, reliability, and clear communication; skilled roles will list any minimum experience or certificates, so please read each role card carefully.
Gaps happen, not an issue. Just be transparent and share what you learned or did during the period—re-training, family, personal projects, etc.
Visa & Travel
Yes. Afrevo assists you through every step of the visa and travel process once an employer has shortlisted or hired you. In most cases, employers handle or heavily discount the visa arrangements depending on the job type and destination country. Afrevo’s role is to guide you through the official steps, ensure your paperwork meets embassy standards, and coordinate with verified partners so that your relocation happens smoothly and securely.
For international placements, employers/partners usually arrange flights and meet-and-assist on arrival but air ticket expenses are the individual's sole responsibility. Details are in your offer and joining instructions.
Coverage depends on employer and destination. Marine roles often include medicals; we’ll clarify what’s reimbursed and what expenses are your responsibility before you book anything.
Cruise & Marine
Yes, most shipboard roles require STCW Basic Safety and a valid ENG1 medical (or country equivalent). These are international standards proving that you can safely work at sea. For first time seafarers, we explain where and how to obtain them affordably before departure. Dock, warehouse, and yard based roles may have simpler site medicals instead.
